Question One
On a very foggy evening on Mombasa Road on the 2nd of June 2017, Mr. Fog was driving cautiously given the weather conditions. As he was approaching the footbridge, a •person fell from the footbridge and smashed his windscreen. As he was trying to compose himself in that shock he lost control and drove through a group of three police officers who were controlling traffic, injuring them seriously.
The traffic officers thus injured caused mayhem as every driver was trying to bully the other. Meanwhile a group of students started chasing the thief who was responsible for the fall of the victim who was pushed from the footbridge.
Kenya Broadcasting Corporation and other media houses came to cover the event live and when the families of the police officers watched the news on TV, they pursued Mr. Fog to the Traffic Police Headquarters and later sued him for negligence.
