(c) Anna a 10 year old girl attends Kodi Primary School. On July 4 2014, Anna arrived late for School and Mr. Mkali the teacher on duty punished her by hitting her hands with a stick. This resulted in serious injuries on Anna’s hands. Corporal punishment is aŒainst the Schools regulations, moreover the Children’s Act, 2000 outlaws it. Anna’s mother Wambui comes to you for leoal advice, Advise her on the followinq
